Privacy policy

This private application operates only for accounts authorized by its operator. It accesses comments and replies on connected YouTube channels, including comment text, author display names and platform identifiers, and timestamps. If email alerts are enabled, it uses Gmail send-only access; it does not read the Gmail inbox.

The data is used to review and moderate comments, record decisions and actions, and notify the operator about urgent items. Relevant comment text may be sent to OpenAI for classification. Urgent comment text may be included in an email alert to the operator. The application does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

OAuth credentials and working records are held on the operator's access-controlled server. Comment text and author details in the working database are anonymized after 30 days, and backups older than 30 days are removed. Copies of alerts in the operator's email account may follow that account's separate retention settings.

Access can be revoked in the connected Google account's security settings. Privacy questions can be sent to compujohnny@gmail.com.
